With over 150 recipes you can choose from, I'll prepare tasty and healthy everyday meals for you and your family. All our meals are prepared gluten and lactose free unless specified otherwise.

I also work with people who have Type 2 diabetes, heart disease, dysphagia, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cancer patients (undergoing radiation treatment), those needing non-iodine diets & of course those who want to reach ideal weight on any type of diet plan.

I've been preparing meals and teaching cooking for over 20 years. I'm a food and wellness consultant and author of ZonePerfect Cooking Made Easy.

Chef Gloria is based in Massachusetts and will travel within a 50 mile radius of Boston, MA.

Menu Ideas

These are some of our clients' favorite dishes. Everything can be made Gluten or Dairy Free. All meals are Sugar Free & made without butter or margarine. A cancer fighting menu is available upon request.

Baked fruit - Blueberries, apples, raspberries and strawberries, and cinnamon (nothing else added); tastes great with oatmeal or alone

Carrot ginger sauce - Great with baked haddock, halibut, or salmon. Also good with vegetables

Mango Salsa - Good accompaniment with roasted white fish, chicken, or pork

Parsnip fries - Baked crispy!

Cauliflower rice with garlic and parsley or spicy seasoning
Mashed butternut squash with cinnamon

Roasted Salmon with Green Herbs - Green herbs include dill and parsley, very moist and flavorful

Cilantro sauce roasted over Haddock or Cod - Cilantro, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and almonds blended to a thick sauce, with chopped Kalamata olives and scallion

Roasted Mediterranean Haddock or Cod - Red onion, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives over baby kale

Vegetable Noodles - Zucchini, Summer Squash and Carrots spiral noodles saute with olive oil, garlic and oregano. (optional - tomato sauce, or ginger soy sauce)

Lebanese Chicken - Lemon herbs marinated overnight and grilled

Hoisin Barbeque Chicken - Sweet and tangy with apricot fruit spread

Broiled Steelhead Trout or Salmon or Halibut with Rosemary, Dill, Lemon and Garlic - Basic, moist and delicious

Baked Haddock with Artichoke Hearts, and Tomatoes - great combination of flavors

Hot and Sweet Mustard Salmon - stone ground mustard, tamari, mirin, cilantro and scallions make this a winner

Pecan Encrusted Tilapia - Dijon mustard, ground pecans, rosemary and thyme baked to make a flavorful fish dish

Haddock, Cod, Halibut, Scallops and Vegetables - A very beautiful and bountiful dish.

Chicken with Asparagus, Portobello Mushrooms and cherry tomatoes - just add the garlic and lemon juice to this fabulous dish.

Avocado-Chicken Salad - Chicken, avocado, celery and spices make this a great summer or lunch dish.

House specialty salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette or Lemon Olive Oil Herb Dressing. Everyone LOVES our salads.

Lentil Soup - Award winning soup, great pick up for a chili day, lentils, onions, carrots, celery, parsnips, with wakame for a hearty soup. Makes 10 - 16 ounce servings

Asian Turkey Burgers - Moist and flavorful with soy sauce, garlic, cilantro and scallions.

Sautéed turkey breast with mushrooms and garlic - The turkey is moist and flavorful with the addition of mushrooms, garlic and wine.

Boneless Lamb Lion with Balsamic Garlic Glaze - Very flavorful and tender.

Pork loin with Apricot Prune Sauce - Sweet and tart.

*Vegetable Lasagna - Onions, carrots, celery, mushrooms, zucchini, summer squash, tomatoes, garlic, and parsley combine for a rich sauce and layered with no fat ricotta and low fat mozzarella cheese and brown rice noodles (this can also be made with tofu and soy cheese). Serves 12.

Roasted Vegetables – Your Choice, Sweet and Delicious - Vegetables are roasted with olive oil, sea salt and garlic, pick your favorite:
