Words From a Client
"Let me just start by saying that Gloria made a great impression with my family and friends as she recently prepared gourmet foods for a birthday party. I met Gloria about a month ago and immediately bought her book which contains healthy recipes. My wife loved the very first recipe we tried and she was hooked. When we were in a jam last week for the food catering at her birthday party, Gloria stepped in and helped us out and blew us all away. She showed up at our home well prepared to cook for 40 people and she executed every dish to perfection. Needless to say my wife was very happy to be relieved of the food responsibility. All the guests were complimenting her dishes left and right so I know I made the right choice. I would have no hesitation to recommend Gloria to family and friends and will seek out opportunites to refer her business. She rocks!"

"I wanted to write and thank you again for your time and for sharing your expertise and passion for cooking with me yesterday! I really enjoyed the lesson, and now feel I have some tools to getting me started in my quest to eat better, loose weight, control my cravings, and feel better overall.
I also tried one of your omelet recipes in your book this morning, and so far, am feeling good!"

"Gloria... I have been using the recipes. This weekend
I made the cucumber salad, and of course the turkey
burgers. I just put the salad right on top of the
burger and let it fall all over the plate. I also
plan to alternate this idea with that jicama slaw. Thanks for the great class."
